Question 2 asked what company is suing Google over YouTube content.
Ian of Reach for the Tap answered NBC and afterwards explained
that "Viacom owns NBC".
Viacom does not own NBC. NBC is owned by NBC Universal; NBC Universal is
80% owned by General Electric and 20% owned by Vivendi. (See

In any case, even if it were owned by Viacom, it is not one of the named
plaintiffs in the lawsuit (see
