Please refer to the handout.  Cone of silence applies, and in particular,
we do not want to hear anyone saying the names of any countries.  For some
questions we will name two cities and ask you to find either one on the map.
In that case you just name one letter; you don't have to say which city it is.
The question mark counts as a letter -- we, ah, ran out of alphabet.
