Round 2:Q1
Jeff of M.I.5 protested "Q" for monkshood for 1pt. Q was the answer for question 2 in the round. Q is a picture of belladonna and H is a picture of monkshood. They are not the same plant. Protest DENIED.
Round 6:Q10
Diana of 5 of What, for 1pt and Les of Sam's Spades, for 2pts, protested "It was an illusion" instead of "There is no spoon".

The full text of the scene is as follows:

"Do not try and bend the spoon. That's impossible. Instead ... only try to realize the truth."

"What truth?"

"There is no spoon."

"There is no spoon?"

"Then you'll see that it is not the spoon that bends, it is only yourself."

Protest DENIED.

Round 5:Q1
B.J. of Unnatural Axxe protested "double tracking" for "multitracking or overdubbing", for 1pt.

The snippet played by Laurindo Almeida was, indeed, double tracked, but that by Wynton Marsalis was triple tracked. However, since the important thing was that one player was playing more than one track: Protest ACCEPTED.

Les of Sam's Spades protested "Uncertainty principle" for "Heisenberg's Uncertainty principle", for 2pts. Protest ACCEPTED.
