Q6	Kerry of the Frayed Naughts protested Telstar for 2 points and Alouette for 1. Telstar was built by AT&T Bell Labs and deployed in 1962; the Alouette satellites (I and II) were launched in the 1960s to study the ionosphere. Protest DENIED.
